How to Purchase Bulk Home Training Credits (2025 Software Release Changes)

This will explain how to purchase bulk credits for your home training clients. If you need help distributing them please go to this link: _______________________________________________________________________________________________

*You'll open the Clinical Software > Click Brain Training > Then follow the steps below*


Step 1: Click "Manage Credits"



Step 2: You will decide if you need "Per-Use" Credits, "Unlimited" Credits or Brain Map Credits and select which you need from the top of the clinical software
(For the photo, I will show "Per-Use" Credits, the X's are to avoid confusion with distribution of credits)

Bulk credits will be auto-filled to 40 credits, but you can use the '+' and '-' on either side of the 40 shown to purchase however many credits you'll need for your home training clients.




Step 3: You'll click "Add Credits To Cart" and when you've added all credits you need then click "View Cart"
(The photo below shows ALL Per-Use, Unlimited, and Map Credits to show you what your cart may look like with multiple types of credit purchases, you can make final adjustments to quantities here)

*****Credits can be purchased under ONE Home Trainer and then distributed******


Step 4: You will click "Checkout" > Confirm correct quantities of your purchase (Credits/Sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE) > Add your payment information if the card you want isn't already saved > Scroll down to the GREEN "Pay" button to finalize your purchase.

**We are going to go straight into the client profile to start this (You'll open the Clinical Software > Click Brain Training > Select any client profile who has an Active Home Plan > Click Buy Credits)
