How to Add Multiple Home Training Protocols for your Home Trainers (2025 Software Release Changes)
*At the very bottom in a blue bracket will be the steps without photos
I will show you how to add multiple protocols for one home training client - below we will be activating ONE protocol because our trainer already has an active protocol
We will be starting at the point where you're at the "Home Training" screen within the clinical software - below is a quick briefing how to get to this point.
*You will open your clinical software > Click Brain Training > Select the one home trainer protocols you've already created > Click "View Plan Details" > Then Click "Home Training")
Step One: You're going to "Toggle On" right next to Home Training, when you do that immediately this screen will appear. UNCHECK "turn off this client's other home training plans" - if you don't it will turn off the other active home training plan. Then you will click "Yes" then click "Save" in the top right corner.
Once you've done this, you can go back to your clients protocols/plans and you'll see that client shows two protocols with two "Active Home Plans"
(*I used the search feature on the right to look up the client # to easily see their protocols)
