*we will be using the account we created on the "Adding Client to newmindmaps.com", "Find a Client on newmindmaps.com" and "Delete a Client on newmindmaps.com*
Step 1: Go to newmindmaps.com > log into your account (should be the same as your newmind.tech account)
Step 2: Click "My Clients"
Step 3: I will be using the "scroll to find my client" method > Click Client Number to open
Some information is removed for client safety/HIPPA
Step 4: After you open the Client you were looking for > Click Client Login
Step 5: You will be able to edit their login information as well as what your client has access to view and/or complete > Click Save
your client will go to my-newmind.com to input/update intake information and complete questionaries.
the system will have an auto generated password in the field, you can update it if desired - if client forgets their password - you can remind them/re-enter a new one from here
