Subscription Lapsed - HELP ME RENEW! - Any subscriptions

Directly below will be step by step with images and at the very bottom in a blue bracket will be step by step instructions without images.



Step 1: Go to newmind.tech > log into your account 




Step 2: Click your profile bubble top right > Click Billing 




Step 3: You'll see your current subscription and card(s) on your account > Click View Details
Expired Subscription(s) will be in RED and active subscription(s) in grey.
Manage subscription is for active subscriptions





Step 4: Confirm which billing cycle you want, monthly or annually > Restart Subscription
You'll see additional users, licenses and locations with the price(s) reflecting here as well
if you have our NewMind Software, make sure your NewMind Software is closed and reopened after updating your subscription
 
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                








Step 5: A second screen will appear when you can select billing preference, which card of your saved card(s) on your account or the option to add a new card.
you cannot click "Pay (selected card) " if you do not click a card from the drop down labeled "Payment Card"









Active subscriptions will show their renew date in grey and it will be labeled as "Manager Subscription", but an expired subscriptions will be in red on the date it lapsed labeled with "View Details" directly below it.


Step by Step without Images
Step 1: Go to newmind.tech > log into your account
Step 2: Click your profile bubble top right > Click Billing
Step 3: You'll see your current subscription and card(s) on your account > Click View Details
if you don't have NewMind Plus+, you will see all subscription options: Assessments, Training and Cognitive Performance Training where you can "View Details" of 
each subscription and follow the same directions as it's explained here. 
Step 4: Restart Subscription
You'll see your additional users, licenses and locations with the price(s) reflection
If you have the NewMind Software make sure your NewMind Software is closed and reopened after updating your subscription 
Step 5: A second screen will appear where you can select billing cycle preference, which card of your saved card(s) on your account or the option to add a new card.
