How to: Live Remote Sessions for Assistance on your device

This will be the steps to successfully operate and download how we remote into your device to assist you. At the bottom in a blue bracket will be steps without images.

Step 1: Go to https://join.zoho.com/ . There it will ask you for a Session ID (which Erin or I will provide to you) and your name > then click "Join Session"

(the photo with a '2' on it is an example, that Session ID will not work, it must be a current one we provide you)

Step 2: After you click "Join Now" a second screen/tab will appear. You will click Agree and Download to download.

Step 3: Once you click "Agree and Download" you'll click on your downloads file on your browser (red square) then double click "Za.Connect" or click what's highlighted in photo 2 in the yellow square.

Step 4: Your screen with grey out with a "Yes or No" similar to how it does with our software. You will click "Yes" then after typically 2 minutes or less a small screen will populate, and you will click "Join"

(when the smaller screen populates to join, you'll also notice a Zoho Assist tab in the bottom right of your screen, it will say "waiting for conformation" till you click "Join" then it will switch to "In-Session" once you've completed everything for someone at NewMind to assist you virtually)
