If your client will or is using a desktop computer, they MUST plug the 2-channel amplifier into one of the USB ports on the back of the desktop computer. If they plug the 2-channel amplifier into a USB port on the front of the computer, it will create a time-out issue, and the software will switch into simulation mode after they click the start training button.
Home Training Software Minimum Computer Requirements
CPU: Intel i3, i5, or i7 Quad-core processor or better
Operating System: Windows 10 or higher
Memory (RAM): 8 GB minimum
Optional Graphics Card: 2 GB dedicated or higher
Input: 1 USB 2.0 minimum
FOR CLINICIANS:
***If your client is having trouble with our software: downloading/redownloading the software, the amp isn't being read by the software, please reach out to us at victoria@newmind.tech and I can assist your client. The clinician/technician will need to be on the phone with their home trainer while I remote into their device to fix the issue.
