Adding Computers/Licenses on newmind.tech account
Just below in article you'll find step by step instructions with images and at the bottom of this article will be step by step instructions without images in a blue bracket showing you how to add a computer license to your newmind.tech account.
Step 1: Go to newmind.tech then log into your account with your credentials.
Step 2: Click your profile in the top right corner of the screen and a drop down will appear > click computers.
Step 3: Click "Manage Licenses."
(Your profile letters/picture won't change how ours went from JC to RP in this step by step, I switched accounts to better show how)
Step 4: A smaller screen will appear shadowing the previous, this is where you will add additional licenses to your NewMind account. You will use the + to add the amount of extra computer licenses you need and then click on "Update Subscription".
Step 5: After updating your subscription you will want to refresh the screen to ensure it's updated. You'll see the "you have 1 of 1 licenses available to be assigned to a computer" (yours may be 4 of 4 depending how many licenses you already have with us) change to "you have 1 of 2 licenses available to be assigned to a computer" (or 4 of 5 if you had 4 then added an additional license to your account)
*MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CLOSED OUT OF NEWMIND SOFTWARE TO ENSURE IT UPDATES ALL INFORMATION*
Downloading the NewMind Software
Step 1: Click "Download Software" then you'll see a download logo appear (photo below showing the more common pop up you will get after clicking download)
Step 2: Click the "Login To Register" and you will get to your normal login screen for NewMind Software
Step 3: After you login
you'll get to this screen > Name the computer whatever you'd like
> click "Add Computer and Login"
-You'll see the name
of the computer reflected on Newmind.tech under the tab we were at on picture

You will now have your NewMind Software on your new device with your new license key named whatever you put
Signing into a new computer may take awhile to go thru 1/4-4/4 synching.
Step by Step Instructions without Images
Step 1: Go to newmind.tech then log into your account with your credentials.
Step 2: Click your profile in the top right corner of the screen and a drop down till appear then click computers
Step 3: Go to "Manage Licenses"
Step 4: A smaller screen will appear shadowing the previous, this is where you will add additional licenses to your NewMind account. You'll +/add however many you need then "Update Subscription" - the smaller screen will disappear and you will be at the screen prior to clicking "Manage Licenses"
Step 5: After updating your subscription you will want to refresh the screen to ensure it's updated. You'll see the "you have 1 of 1 licenses available to be assigned to a computer" (yours may be 4 of 4 depending how many licenses you already have with us) change to "you have 1 of 2 licenses available to be assigned to a computer" (or 4 of 5 if you had 4 then added an additional license to your account)

Downloading NewMind Software
Step 6: Click "Download Software" > download will appear on your taskbar "right click" NewMind Software Download > "Keep" > "keep anyway" to allow the download of NewMind Software.
Step 7: You will then go thru typical NewMind Software Installation process like you did on your previous computer(s)
Step 8: Once your NewMind Software is downloaded, click to open the application, click "yes" when that screen comes up when you're first opening the software.
Step 9: Click the "Login To Register" and you will get to your normal log in screen for NewMind Software. Sign into your NewMind Software Account
Step 10: Click the "Login To Register" and you will get to your normal log in screen for NewMind Software. Sign into your NewMind Software Account - See below at the orange tab if you want separate sign in for new computer as well.
Step 11: After you login you'll get an "Add This Computer" page > Name the computer whatever you'd like and you'll see that reflected on Newmind.tech (follow Steps 1-3 to see this) > Click "Add Computer and Login"
You will now have your NewMind Software on your new device with your new license key named whatever you put.
**STEP 10: IF YOU WANT THE NEW LAPTOP TO HAVE A DIFFERENT USER/PASSWORD THAN MAIN/MASTER CLICK HERE > Add New Team Member
